Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Only Registered Delegates are allowed to submit abstracts & present papers/posters.
Submission will be accepted with registration number.
- Type of presentation: Oral and Poster
- Types of papers- Original research papers, case study, case series and review articles.
- Title should be clear and precise in bold with first letter of each word in capitals.
- Author’s names and affiliation: Should follow immediately under the titles in one line, name of presenting author being underlined followed by Institutional Affiliations (Name of Institute & City) and Email address of presenting author.
- Structured Abstract in IMRD format with font size 12 with double line spacing, Times New Roman in Microsoft Word file, should not exceeding 250 words (Excluding title, author and Institutional Affiliations).
- Abstract should contain a maximum of 5 keywords.
- Paper/Poster should be an original work of the author and not published elsewhere.
- Final selection of abstract is subjected to decision of Scientific Committee.
- Oral Presentation: Only Power Point presentations will be allowed. The total time limit for oral presentation will be 8 minutes (6 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion).
- Poster Presentation: Recommended size is 2ft (w)x 3ft (h) / E-Poster Presentation: One slide PowerPoint Save as PDF. Time-4 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A.
- Last date of Submission of Abstract is 15 September 2025.
- All the presenting authors will be informed via mail regarding acceptance of their abstract.
